Moscato的釀造方法跟傳統的汽泡酒釀製方法是有所不同,這種汽泡酒瓶内的壓力不及一半,泡沫幼細輕柔,而且香氣非常清新濃郁,酒精度較少,非常易飲。而這支出自意大利著名酒莊La Spinetta酒莊,更是收到一眾女士們的追捧。 在70年代,莊主並以單一葡萄園的收成去打造其Moscato d'Asti,令此酒頓時升價十倍,亦為La Spinetta打響了名堂。大家熟識Label上的雀仔(其實是一隻山雞),是因為釀酒的葡萄全來自Bricco Quaglia葡萄園,聞說園內有不少山雞,故索性以此為商標。
