Pouilly-Fuissé is the appellation for the finest white wines of southern Burgundy's Maconnais district. They are produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the communes of Chaintré, Fuissé, Solutré-Pouilly and Vergisson.
Several important critics have rated this Pouilly-Fuisse wine highly: Decanter gave the 2009 vintage a score of 90.
The 2015 vintage was awarded Bronze from the Decanter World Wine Awards.
This is above average in popularity for wines from the region. Interest in this wine is less pronounced than in previous years.
